At Complete Mechanical, Inc., we know that the winter months can present some pretty stiff challenges. Vehicles have a tough time starting, inclement weather can cause auto accidents and you know that your utility bills are going to go up thanks to heating your home or work space. Let us help you with starting your energy year out right.
We don’t have any control over the weather, but we might be able to make some suggestions for ways to take the sting out of the heating bills. Access Washington, an official government website, has a list of links to various energy programs and rebates. First of all, there is the Low-Income Home Energy Assistance. This provides assistance to homes that include children and elderly. For the rest of us, most Washington utility companies provide some energy rebate programs for improvement to heating systems or even for weather stripping and insulating your home. The website also includes links to two types of Federal programs: the Tax Incentives Assistance Program and the Federal Tax Credits for Residential Energy Efficiency. In addition, many companies that provide central installations for heating and cooling have rebates and other incentive programs that can assist with upgrading or replacing older, less efficient systems. While these programs won’t completely cover your costs, they can help you to reduce your heating bill and maybe even to reduce your carbon footprint.
Complete Mechanical, Inc., will be happy to help you with selecting new, energy efficient equipment and help with installation. We would love to help with starting your energy year out right with economical, efficient HVAC equipment that offers rebate and tax credit opportunities.
